Fairley's Wines Tasting Note ...
The wine displays a pale golden colour with greenish hues. The nose has generous amounts of citrus accompanied with coriander and minerality. Whereas the palate is fresh and full, with lemon and grapefruit dominant, mineral interlaced with delicious citrus cream, finishing clean and dry with fern, showing style and elegance. Do not overchill and allow to-open in the glass, cellar between 1 and 5 years. The Chablis would be best served with shellfish, ideally prawns with a creamy sauce.
