2017 Languedoc White Blend Description ...

The fruit for the blended white wine have been harvested at night from vines, located around Domaine Les Prunelles, with each varietal fermented separately in stainless steel tanks and then transferred to 350lt French oak barrels and aged in the estate cellars for 9 months.

Tasting Note from Fairley's | 2017 ...

The Barrique blended white appears bright yellow with an abundance of tropical and citrus fruits, floral with nut and almond on the nose. The palate is full with pineapple and lemon zest, balanced with fresh acidity, finishing lively with hints of kernel and white flower. An excellent white that shouldn’t be over chilled and would be best served with food, fresh fish and Mediterranean style dishes.
