2017 Red Description ...

The varietal red has been harvested from vines aged between 10 and 15 years, designed to be consumed young, the wine is representative of its surrounding area, with a Mediterranean influence. Harvested in the cool night using traditional methods with gentle extraction.

Tasting Note from Fairley's | 2017 ...

The merlot appears deep purple in colour, with lively red fruits on the nose. The palate opens fresh and clean, medium bodied with fresh strawberry fruit, finishing clean and with lasting acidity and soft. Consume young and would be best served with light Indian cuisine.
