2017 Red Description ...
The fruit has been harvested at night and transported to the winery in Montblanc, pressed and allowed to macerate for 16 days, with fermentation in stainless steel and no oak aging, designed to be consumed young.
Tasting Note from Fairley's | 2017 ...
The Cabernet appears deep garnet red, with pepper and spice, mingled with vanilla coated black fruits on the nose. The palate is full, with soft blackcurrant and chilli pepper, slightly smoked, finishing rich and soft with lasting spiced black fruits. An excellent young red that would be best served with grilled meats.
