Fairley's Wines Tasting Note ...
The La Guiberte Sancerre appears pale yellow with green hues, elder blossom with subtle herbaceous aromas and flint with fresh citrus fruit. The palate is steely and elegant with lemon and grapefruit, mingled with light acidity and lime, somewhat grassy finishing full and dry with notes of pear. Do not over chill and allow to-open in the glass, consume young 1-3 years and would be best served with shellfish or poultry, even on its own.
