Tasting Note from Fairley’s Wines | 2018 ...
The Vieilles Vignes appears light ruby red with dried red berry fruits, floral and clean on the nose. The palate displays persistent fresh strawberry and dried raspberry, elegant and light with flowers, finishing clean and lively with more red fruits. Allow to open in the glass and would be best served with goat cheese and cured meats.
