Fairley's Wines Tasting Note ...

The wine appears bright ruby with purple tints, followed by aromas of elegant and complex red fruit with hints of spice and toasted oak on the nose. The palate is youthfull with cherry and rich strawberry, succulent warm spice, finishing fresh but soft with underlying oak. The wine will age getting better and better over the next 6-8 years, allow to breathe 1-2 hours and would be best served with red meat and cheese.
