Description for the Brut Classic N/V, Deutz ...
The fruit used to produce the Brut Classic have been chosen from many different reserve vintages, harvested on vineyards, located in the Marne sub-region of Champagne. The Sparkling blend contains all three-regional classical grape varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The winery was founded in 1838 and lies in the Vallée de la Marne, one of five Champagne sub-regions and probably the most prestige's.
Tasting Note from Fairley’s Wines | N/V Champagne ...
The Non-Vintage displays fine persistent golden bubbles and a lasting mousse, with toasted marzipan, hawthorn mingled with white flower and lots of ripe green fruit on the nose. The palate overwhelms, tingly pear, green apple and creamy, full of ripe toasted fruit and very elegant, finishing round and with lasting fresh ripe fruits. An excellent champagne that would be best served as an aperitif or even fish dishes.
