Fairley's Wines Tasting Note ...
The resulting Delas Ventoux Rouge appears deep ruby red with garnet reflections. The nose is an array of ripe red and black fruits, pepper and spice. The palate is soft and round with sweet cherry plum, raspberry and black berry spice, silky liquorice finishing full and rich, with underlying spice. Excellent value for money, which should be consumed young 3-5 years. Allow to open in the glass and would be best served with beef stew, mixed grills and cold cuts.
