Description for the Rose ...

Located on the right bank of the Dordogne River, the Sirat Family winery is situated in the Libourne wine region of Bordeaux. The winery itself dates back to 1789, with the acquisition by Pascal in 1981; Chateau has gone from strength to strength. The fruit for the Bordeaux Rose have been harvested from 20 year old vines and the resulting wine aged in stainless steel for 6 months, prior to blending and bottling.

Tasting Note from Fairley's Wines | 2019 ...

The Rose appears pale pink with lashings of red fruit and citrus on the nose. The palate opens with fresh strawberry and underlying raspberry with hints of citrus, finishing dry and clean with even more rich red fruits. Do not over chill and would be best served as an aperitif.
