Chateau Martinolles Garriguet Limoux Vieilles Vignes

The resulting Chateau Martinolles Garriguet appears deep purple with ruby red tints. The nose is full of sweet red and black spiced fruit, displaying notes of tobacco. The palate is round and textured with sweet cassis locked in with ripe plum, intense spice with hints of oak, finishing soft and silky with lasting spiced black fruit. An excellent red with great aging potential, 5-7 years and will get even better. Allow to-breathe, even decant and would be best served with seasoned red meat, game and even chocolate cake.
