Description for the Dry Bordeaux Blend ...

The Chateau is located in the northern part of the AOC Entre-deux-Mers, near the village of St. Germain du Puch, between Libourne and Bordeaux. Winemaker Estelle Roumage has hank picked grapes cultivated according to 'la lute raisonnee' using sustainable methods. The fruit has been fermented in stainless steel, followed by maturation for a period of 5 months, prior to bottling.

Tasting Note from Fairley's Wines | 2018 ...

The Bordeaux Blend appears pale lemon in colour with a show of scented green and citrus fruits on the nose. The palate is dry and light with zesty lime and fresh pear, lively and refreshing, finishing clean with floral based fruits. Do not over-chill and allow to open in the glass. Best served with fresh fish, prawns or as an aperitif.
