Tasting Note from Fairley's Wines | 2015 ...
The Medoc Rouge appears almost black with upfront red and black dried fruit, somewhat herbal with warm spiced oak on the nose. The palate is round and full of cassis and cherry, smoked and full of spice, finishing balanced with even more spiced dark fruits. An excellent red that should be decanted and allowed to breathe. Best served with veal, duck or even grilled beef rib.
