Fairley's Wines Tasting Note ...

The Blanc Saint Roch Les Vignes appears light yellow with green hints, aromas of stone fruit dominant with fresh citrus and floral on the nose. The palate is full with lashings of ripe apriocot and peach, lingering exotic fruit with hazelnut, finishing lively and clean, somewhat creamy with persistent pineapple fruit to the end. Perfect dry white with length and structure, that would be ideal with BBQ Chicken, as an apertif or on its own, lightly chill.
