Fairley's Wines Tasting Note ...

The Moulin De La Roque Bandol Rouge appears deep garnet with black and purple hints, rich black fruit is interwoven with hints of cinnamon and vanilla, complex and intense on the nose. The palate is full and firm with velvety blackberry fruit, spice and warmth, finishing long with great texture and somewhat herbal. Needs to breathe 1-2 hours and is still very young, cellar up to 10 years and would be best served with duck breast and chicken.
