Blanc de Blancs Brut N/V Description ...

Maison Andre Delorme was established in 1942 in the heart of Rully, Cote Chalonnaise. The Delorme stable identifies 3 major soil types, in the production of Cremant De Bourgogne, they are 'Terroirs Mineraux – mineral aromas, 'Terroirs des Fruits' – fruity aromas and 'Terroirs des Fleurs' – flower aromas. The fruit was sourced from the Macon area and using the Traditional method, the wine fermented in bottle for 12 months.

Fairley's Wines Tasting Note ...

The Andre Delorme Blanc de Blancs Brut appears lively with fine bubbles, perfumed scented white flower with citrus fruit and underlining toasted notes on the nose. The palate is fresh and clean with elegant aromas of peach and apricot, fragrant aromas of hawthorn and notes of honeysuckle, finishing light and delicate. Best served as an aperitif, lightly chilled and consume young.
