Fairley's Wines Tasting Note ...

The resulting Pinot Noir is light ruby in colour with spice accompanied with ripe red fruit, mocha and somewhat earthy on the nose. The palate displays a concentration of raspberry and cherry fruit, warm cinnamon, finishing fresh and slightly perfumed, juicy with lasting fruit aromas. Consume young 2-3 years and allow to-open in the glass. Best served with lamb, pork and white meat dishes.
