Carmen Left Wave Sauvignon Blanc

The Waves Sauvignon Blanc is intense greenish yellow in colour with a concentration of citrus and green fruits, locked in minerality with hints of lime on the nose. The palate is clean and fresh with expressive grapefruit and gooseberry dominating, zippy lime with undertones of mineral, finishing full and dry with fruit driven nuance lingering on. Consume young and best served with shellfish and fish and do not overchill.
