Tasting Note from Fairley's Wines | 2017 ...
The resulting Trocken appears pale yellow with green edges, opulent green fruit is accompanied by tingly citrus fruit on the nose. The palate opens with peppery green apple, lemon and lime, herbal and fresh, finishing zesty with even more lively peppered citrus fruits. Do not over-chill and consume young. Best served with chicken pasta or on its own.
