The Listening Station Shiraz

In the 1960's the International Space Race was dependent on contact with the few tiny listening stations throughout Australia, their location crucial for continual communication with the astronauts spinning around the planet. The Listening Station celebrates this relationship, the immensity of the Australian night and the isolated communities that work there. Harvested cold by night, these grapes are sourced from low yielding vines grown on ancient limestone soils resulting in this bright, juicy and spicy, star struck shiraz.
