The Listening Station Chardonnay

In the 1960's the International Space Race was dependent on contact with the few tiny listening stations throughout Australia, their location crucial for continual communication with the astronauts spinning around the planet. The Listening Station celebrates this relationship, the immensity of the Australian night and the isolated communities that work there. Harvested cold by night, these grapes are sourced from vineyards grown on granitic bedrock resulting in highly concentrated fruit. Pale, gold and greenish in hue, this Chardonnay is packed with while peach and a subtle hint of spice.
