Fairley’s Wines Tasting Note ...

The 2006 ESP Shiraz displays garnet with fragrant persistent red and black savoury spiced fruit, with a combination of menthol, aniseed and figs. The palate develops with complex savoury spiced blackberry fruit, hints of liquorice and mulberry, finishing spicy soft with complex oak and even more black dried fruit. A truly excellent wine with great potential 2017-2026, please decant and allow to breathe 2-3 hours and would be best served with grilled steak and other grilled meats.
