Fairley's Wines Tasting Note ...

The Shiraz appears rich black plum with loads of red and black fruit, chocolate and charry oak on the nose. The palate introduces you to full bodied rich blackberry and cherry fruit wine, with spice, somewhat earthy and velvety soft tannins with elegant Smokey oak, finishing long and rich. Requires time to open up but is drinking very well now and will cellar for up to 10 years. Excellent with red meat, ragout and pappardelle pasta.
