Fairley's Wines Tasting Note ...

The wine appears rich ruby red with a host of black fruit, dark mocha chocolate and toasty oak on the nose. The palate brings lashings of rich blackberry, abundant plum and cherry, full-bodied, powerful but elegant with soft tannins. Finishing long and strong with delicate spicy oak. Needs to breathe and would be ideal with pizza, lamb and light meat dishes.
