Fairley's Wines Tasting Note ...

The Duck Duck Goose Barossa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon appears almost black with bright purple hues. The nose overflows with ripe black fruit, locked in with peppery spice and vanilla, aniseed and subtle hints of chocolate. The palate is bursting with blackberry spice, dark chocolate, silky soft finishing full and rich with lashings of blackcurrant and savoury spice. A full-bodied rich Cabernet Sauvignon that should be allowed to open in the glass. Best served with Beef, Lamb and even spicy food.
