Fairley's Wines Tasting Note ...

The wine appears deep dark red with rich red fruit and spicy nutmeg and cloves on the nose. On the palate, vibrant flavours of dark plum and ripe cherry, accompanied by sweet spice, dark forest chocolate and cigar box undertones, finishing balanced with soft chalky tannins. Requires time to open in up in glass and should cellar for several years. Would be great with roast lamb, tapas and chorizo sausage or even pork belly.
