Katnook Founders Block Shiraz

The Founders Block Shiraz appears deep ruby red with purple edges, with concentrated black fruit, underlying ripe red fruit, locked in with black pepper, smoke and hints of liquorice on the nose. The palate overloads with voluptuous raspberry and blackberry fruit, warm peppery spice with textured dark chocolate, silky smooth, finishing full and long with even more dark fruit and creamy oak characters. Please allow to-breathe and would be best served with BBQ ribs or Beef. Excellent and very rich.
