Fairley's Wines Tasting Note ...

Shiraz offers dark plum fruits, mulberries and liquorice, depth and velvety soft tannins. The Grenache adds rich ripe raspberry, blueberry and floral notes, with both contributing white pepper and finally the Mourvedre providing elegance and restraint, complimentary red fruits, a hint of dried herb and chalky tannin, finishing long and full. Does not need much time and would be good on its own or with spicy food.
