Fairley's Wines Tasting Note ...

The wine is bright purple crimson in colour with generous red and black fruit, cedary oak, lavender and savoury spice on the nose. The palate opens with exuberant cherry fruit, mouthcoating plum, ripe blackberry layered with dark chocolate. It finishes medium bodied with chalky tannins and cinnamon spice. Allow to breathe and decanting would be recommended. Best served with peppered steak and roast meat. Cellaring for 5-10 years.
