The chardonnay grapes for the Domaine Le Verger Chablis, Alain Geoffroy were sourced from vines aged between 20 and 40 years old, located on steep slopes with a south-east exposure. The winery itself is situated in Beine, adjacent to the town of Chablis and is one of the oldest in France. The Grand Vins de Bourgogne appears light gold, pronounced white flowers, mingled withan array of tropical and sweet stone fruit on the nose.

The 45 year old vines for the Medoc, Cru Bourgeois are situated on the edge of the Gironde River in the communes of Saint-Christoly-de-Medoc and Couqueques in the northern Medoc. The Chateau Haut-Canteloup, is in the heart of the Medoc and is currently owned by Remi Lacombe, with 35 hectares of vineyards. The Medoc Rouge appears almost black with upfront red and black dried fruit, somewhat herbal with warm spiced oak on the nose.

The Vineyard of Lena di Mezzo lies on a terraced in the heart of Fumane, by the foothills of the Alps, some 300m to 520m above sea level.
