The chardonnay grapes for the Domaine Le Verger Chablis, Alain Geoffroy were sourced from vines aged between 20 and 40 years old, located on steep slopes with a south-east exposure. The winery itself is situated in Beine, adjacent to the town of Chablis and is one of the oldest in France.
