Launched in 2008 the Hayman's London Dry Gin is a classic style gin using 10 botanicals, steeped in grain neutral spirit for a full day, before distillation in a traditional 450lt Copper pot still called 'Marjorie' named after Christopher Hayman's mother. All Hayman's Distillers gin use the same 10 botanicals with but with different botanical intensity, each gin has a specific recipe and in the case of the London dry gin, juniper, coriander, lemon peel and orange peel are prominent.
