The handpicked grape for the Pinot Grigio, have been harvested from the Italian, IGT Delle Venezie. The zone is in the North-Eastern part of Italy and covers three wine producing regions, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Veneto and Trentino-Alto, commonly referred to as Tre Venezie. The grape is transported to the winery, were the stalks and skins are separated, fermenting takes place in stainless steel tanks.
