Fairley's Tasting Note ...
The rum appears dark copper with sweet molasses, succulent toffee and honey, interwoven with savoury vanilla on the nose. The palate is complex with nutmeg and warm cinnamon spice, toffee and sweet vanilla, finishing long with toasted caramel and spice.
