Fairley's Tasting Note ...
The black seal rum appears dark with red tones, aromas of sweet caramel and green fruit, interwoven with warm spice and nutmeg on the nose. On the palate warm spice followed by liquorice, sweet molasses and aniseed, finishing intense and full, with cinnamon and savoury vanilla.
