Fairley's Wines Tasting Note ...

Chilled well, the liqueur is golden in colour with a mass of ripe citrus fruit, cinnamon, cloves and spice on the nose. The palate displays sweet tangerine, warm spice and cinnamon, with hints of underlying exotic fruit, finishing sweet with some vanilla and spice, round and long.

Cocktail - Song Bird - Mandarine Napolean/ Lemon Juice / Egg White / Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur and Ginger Beer.
