Infusions Description ...
The grapes used for the distillation of the Torres Spiced Infusions were selected from traditional Spanish grape varieties, Parellada and Ugni blanc. Torres Spirits dates back to 1929, when Juan Torres Casals, produced his first Spanish brandy using only the finest white wines. The Charentais Method of distillation is used to produce the Torres Spirit, whereby the wine goes threw a double distillation in copper pot stills. Following the distillation the 100% grape distillates are aged in a sequence of Spanish oak casks, ending up in a Solera cask. The resulting brandy is then maturated with natural cinnamon and sugar cane, producing Torres Spiced Infusions.
