Springbank 21 Year Old

Nose - Medjool dates and sticky toffee pudding notes initially, followed by rich treacle, stewed plums and a burst of blood orange zest. Delicate peat smoke lingers in the background. Palate - The peat smoke continues on the palate, along with notes of smoked figs, caramelised brown sugar, cigar box, blackberries and Iberico ham. Finish - There are notes of banana bread, cinnamon spice and a savoury, earthy note to close off this note.
