Nose - "Initially rum soaked strawberries with a delicate aroma of peat smoke. Vibrant scents of pineapple, mango and lemon sherbet follow." Palate - "A lovely burst of sweetness and smoke like marshmallows toasting on peat embers. Rich flavours of sea salt, dark chocolate, raisins, prunes and molasses." Finish - "A pronounced peated malt note, like being inside the kiln after it’s just finished burning. Liquorice and the classic Springbank coastal influence."
