Inchgower Distillery was established in 1871 by Alexander Wilson. Located in Buckie, Banffshire – Speyside, the distillery gets its water source from the springs on the Menduff Hill. The distillery was purchased by Arthur Bell & Sons in 1936 and is currently part of the Diageo portfolio. The 100 years queen mother decanter, released in 2000, celebrates Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother 100th birthday. The Queen Mother was born on the 4th August 1900 and died on the 30th March 2002 aged 101.

Caol ila distillery was established in 1846 by Hector Henderson. The distillery is located near Port Askaig, on the Island of Islay and is one of eight distilleries on the Island. Caol ila meaning ‘Sound of Islay' was demolished in 1972, rebuilt and reopened in 1974 and is presently under the Diageo portfolio and one of the five malt whisky blends used in the production of Bell's Whisky. The Pittyvaich distillery was built in 1974, near Dufftown distillery/speyside in Dufftown, by Arthur Bell & Sons. Originally built to provide malt whisky blends, Pittyvaich eventually released an official bottling in 1991 only to be closed in 1993. Eventually the distillery was demolished in 2002 by Diageo. The 2011 decanter celebrates the royal wedding between the Duke of Cambridge and the Duchess of Cambridge. William and Catherine were married in Westminster Abbey, April 29th 2011.
