Royal Wedding 2011 Description ...

The Pittyvaich distillery was built in 1974, near Dufftown distillery/speyside in Dufftown, by Arthur Bell & Sons. Originally built to provide malt whisky blends, Pittyvaich eventually released an official bottling in 1991 only to be closed in 1993. Eventually the distillery was demolished in 2002 by Diageo. The 2011 decanter celebrates the royal wedding between the Duke of Cambridge and the Duchess of Cambridge. William and Catherine were married in Westminster Abbey, April 29th 2011.
