Fairley's Tasting Note ...

The resulting Pot Still Whiskey bursting with earthy aromas, toffee, leather and dark chocolate, as well as layers of charred oak and tobacco on the nose. The taste opens full with creamy vanilla spice, dried stone fruit and ginger, finishing creamy with honey and lasting pot still spice.
