Jameson The Distiller's Safe Irish Whiskey has been produced by Midleton's Master Distiller Brian Nation and is a true reflection and Character of triple distilled copper pot still distillate produced at Midleton Distillery. The distillate driven pot still whiskey has been aged solely in Bourbon Barrels for between 4 and 7 years, with the name resulting from Brian Nation's tool of choice "The Spirit Safe" which provides him with a means to perfect.

From floral perfume, through fresh herbs, to lively spices, this special selection shows how the subtle delicate sweet notes of Irish grain whiskey can complement the more robust character of the pot still whiskey.
Nose - "Barley sugar sweetness combines with the succulence of grapefruit and green pepper, with a touch of marzipan adding to the depth."
Palate - "Starts off with barley sugar sweetness, progressing to hints of cinnamon and even a touch of liquorice. A Vibrant note of mandarin orange appears alongside the nuttiness of ground almond."
Finish - "Stays light and zesty with barley making a late appearance."
