Founded in 2014 by brothers Conor and Alan Hyde, Hibernia distillers of Skibbereen, West Cork produce premium Irish whiskey under the Hyde label. With generations of experience in the drinks industry dating back to 1916, the Hyde Brothers produce handcrafted limited edition premium Irish Whiskey in small batches, each double matured in 1st fill Bourbon Oak Barrels and then finishing in either Vintage Oloroso Sherry Casks or Dark Caribbean Rum Casks.
