Colour - Lemony Gold. Nose - Opens with a fresh, floral bouquet, sweet orchard fruits, green apples, a touch of gooseberry and a lovely citrus zing. All balanced with sweet vanilla and creamy caramel, sweet malt, barley sugars and gingerbread. Palate - Light and fresh green apple notes from the nose develop further. Hints of tropical fruit, pineapple and passionfruit, sweet malt, soft caramel, vanilla and butterscotch, sweet oak, citurs zest and spicy ginger. Finish - Fruity, light finish, leaving lingering notes of spice and a sweet maltiness.
