Red Top Pickering's Gin Description ...
Pickering’s Gin was established in 2013 at Edinburgh’s first Gin distillery in over 150 years, Summerhall Distillery, founded by Marcus Pickering and Matthew Gammell. The gin is hand distilled using neutral grain spirit in a 500Lt Portuguese copper pot still, with 9 different botanicals and is based somewhat on the original Bombay recipe, dating back to 1947.
