Palate - "The same can be said on the palate, with pronounced juniper and citrus, underlying coriander and spice." Finish - "Crisp and long with even more spiced cardamom and lasting clove."

Perfect Serve - 1 part Pickering’s Gin into a chilled ice filled Glass / Pink Grapefruit topped up with Tonic.
