Gin Description ...
The perfectly crafted Irish Gin has been distilled using 9 different botanicals, with some macerated overnight in the Wheat derived, neutral grain spirit. The following day, the liquid goes through a secondary distillation over an 8 hour period, with some of the botanicals placed in the vapour tray and the remainder place in the Pot Still. Distilled to a strength of 74-75% the gin is cut with silent valley mourne mountains reservoir water, prior to bottling.
