Miller's Gin Description ...

Martin Miller's Gin is a marriage between two different distillations from the same Pot Still 'Angela', the dried peels and citrus fruits are distilled separately, away from the more grounded, earthy Botanicals such as Juniper, Cassia and Coriander. The method preferred is old fashioned, where by the botanicals are steeped overnight in spirit and hot water.

Nose - "The resulting Gin is brighter with refreshing citrus aromas combined with Juniper, somewhat creamy and sweet."
Palate - "The palate silky smooth with a wash of citrus, Juniper berry and Coriander, finishing clean with spice and lasting aromatic notes."

Martin Miller's Gin Vermouth - 2 parts Martin Miller's Gin/1 part Cinzano Extra Dry poured over ice/shake well and Garnish with an olive and a twist of lemon.

The Martin Miller's Westbourne Strength Gin is named after it's originally home in Westbourne Grove, West London and carries a higher ABV than Martin Miller's Gin. The Gin is distilled in Langley Distillery for The Reformed Spirit Company and is made more or less the same way, with pronounced Juniper, Cassia and Cinnamon. The Westbourne is clear with upfront citrus, married with juniper and warm spice notes. The palate displays the full flavour of the botanicals ...
