London Gin Description ...
The Coconut and Grapefruit Gin was established in London in 2012 for Hoxton Spirits Limited, Gerry Calabrese. The gin has been distilled in France by Gabriel Boudier of Dijon, founded in 1874. The Gin is distilled using French Wheat Base Spirit in a 150 year old Copper pot still, with a known six botanicals which include Juniper, Coconut and Grapefruit.

Nose - "Fetching aromas of juniper, with a concentration of coconut cream, mingled with fresh grapefruit and underlying hints of ginger."
Palate - "Forward coconut accompanied with equal amounts of zesty grapefruit, restrained but persistent juniper with more ginger and a hint of herb, finishing sweet with lingering zippy citrus."
Hoxton and Ginger - 2 parts Gin into a chilled Highball filled with ice / Ginger Ale and a slice of lemon and lime.
