Nouraison Description ...
The process commences with the distillation of Ugni Blanc grapes, from Cognac, in a Column still. The resulting neutral grape spirit is macerated with handpicked rare green grape flower, the infusion is then distilled in a small Florentine pot still. The next step involves the maceration of nine whole fruit botanicals over a 2 to 5 day process; they too are distilled with neutral grape spirit, using Liquor stills. The third and final process sees the infusion of the different distillates, the green grape flower, the botanicals and more neutral grape spirit in copper pot stills.
