Randalstown Gin Description ...
The Randalstown gin has been produced by owners Deborah and Jonathan Mitchell, from neutral based grain spirit distilled in Dublin. The gin uses 13 different botanicals distilled in a locally made Copper Pot still, with the copper itself sourced from Ireland. The Botanicals some local and some exotic, macerate in the Irish base spirit for 36 hours, with the more delicate botanicals placed in the vapour tray. The resulting process produces 300 hand filled bottles of premium limited craft Irish gin.
